Proposal approved in 132nd board meeting of Varanasi Development Authority In the 132nd board meeting of Varanasi Development Authority (VDA), the proposal for construction of housing for officers on plot number-58 of DIG Colony located at Baramati Khajuri and construction of unused building located at plot number-34 was approved. In this regard, a detailed project report (DPR) has been prepared and recommended to provide technical, financial and administrative approval. The estimated cost of construction of buildings to be built on plot number-58 has been fixed at ₹268.24 lakh. In which it is proposed to construct a total of 04 flats of 3 BHK for (stilt + 3 storey) buildings. On plot number-34, it is proposed to construct a total of 06 flats of 3 BHK for (stilt + 3 storey) buildings. In which the construction cost of the buildings is likely to be Rs. 383.69 lakh. The above buildings will have facilities like RCC work, finishing, internal electrification, plumbing, fire fighting and machine room.
