The Padmavibhushan Girija Devi Cultural Complex in Varanasi, situated at Maqbool Alam Road, Chaikaghat, has recently undergone significant upgrades, particularly within its Multi-Purpose Hall, aimed at enhancing its functionality and visual appeal. The comprehensive renovation included essential improvements such as water supply and sanitary works, internal electrification, installation of advanced audio-video systems, and implementation of state-of-the-art fire-fighting and fire alarm systems. Civil works involved meticulous detailing, encompassing false ceiling installation, wall paneling, stage construction, and the application of red sandstone cladding on flooring and exterior surfaces. Furthermore, approximately 178 square meters of Red Orion black carpeting was meticulously laid within the hall, ensuring both elegance and practicality. The completion of this extensive project, executed at a cost of Rs. 6.94 crore, underscores a commitment to providing top-notch cultural infrastructure for Varanasi's residents.
